Wargaming have officially released patch 9.13 on the test server and the czech tanks are... well they're interesting. They combine good power to weight ratios with light armor and decent guns, including a few autoloaders, although it's all subject to change. IMO they need to buff the rate of fire of the tier 5, 7, and 8, along with improving the accuracy of the tier 8's top gun and giving the tier 10 more pen than 248 mm.
