SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities
Lead and manage Sales & Marketing team to achieve Corporate and departmental goals.
Conceptualize, strategize, and implement strategies to achieve top-line sales targets and client retention.
Optimize A&P budgets.
Drive category and brand awareness amongst different target market segments.
Establish marketing SOPs and work processes with Corporate HQ.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or relevant disciplines
At least 3 years in the same capacity. Relevant experience within the retail, FMCG, insurance and hospitality sector is preferred.
Strong analytical skills
Results driven
Highly motivated, and effective leader.
Pleasant disposition, has initiative
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Good presentation skills
