I just spent a couple of minutes with an Eye doctor because i have something like I can not see clearly, when the doctor ask me what am I doing ( ie. my job ) then I told him a typist .

after writing some prescription and finally advise me to wear spectacle he began descriing something really important to any body who seat more than 8 hours a day in front of their Computer monitor, each an every one hour consider to have rest ( do something else, like body movement and relaxation or take your self out to the open air so you can see something far..).

that it`s the doctor advises for my eyes because of sitting long time before computer, and today while having some cheat chat with a member through discussion board in a computer forum I found that cancer may also arise from sitting long time before computer, one best answer to a Question in that forum for "Sitting long time before computers may lead damage for body" is "Yes, it is true that if you spend hours upon hours sitting in front of a computer it will have a long-term effect on your body, but it is not true that cancer is a result of this. If you remain inactive, you can cause damage to your body in a number of different ways. Putting too much preasure on your lower back muscles for one. Strain on your eyes from looking at a fixed object for a long period of time. Depending on how you sit, neck and shoulder pain can happen as well. Not to mention your legs are prone to blood clots. So it's important to move in some way at least once every hour.

If you're in an office and you have an eight-hour shift, you don't have the luxary to move around quite as often, but despite this you can do little things to keep blood flow moving. Remove your hands from the keyboard and streach them above your head and behind your head. Adjust how you sit, lean back and sit up as streight as possible. Swing your legs back and forth, or randomly cross and uncross your ankles. Stand if possible, pace if nessary. Park as far away from the front door. Make the walk to and from your desk as long as possible. If this means getting up earlier to make it to work on time, then that's what you have to do.

If you're at home. Get up at least once an hour. Use the restroom, get something to eat or drink. Walk into another room. It doesn't matter what you do, just do something. Get up and do streaches. Just as long as you are one, looking away from your computer screen for a short period of time, and two moving your joints and muscle. Do this and you will lesson long-term damage. "
