One of a Tools that we sometimes forgot is the One click actions tools which we can use to automate or re using any step we did to the previous works such as cropping or giving a water marks on photos.
So how does the actions tools works ?
Action can be accessed via the Window menu. This tool allows you to record and store any actions you have done which can you repeat again for future uses.
The figure shows the function of Action. In the discussion this time, I will give examples of the use of a stop, record, and play. As with DVD Player and Tape Recorder, the three functions have similar functions. Stop function to stop the recording process Action, Record function to record or to continue the process of recording, and play to repeat the Action.
Another function is to create a new folder, the Create New Action, and delete action or step.
first create a new Action through the "Create new action". This tool is right next to the trash can image tools. You can give a name that match what you want. But should be easy to remember, because the same action in case you need back someday. When finished, click the Record button.
After clicking record button now you can start any work you want to do for future automate work ( I mean as what you wish itbe, like resizing or giving water marks ).
If you have done the automate actions you want, just click stop, when ever you feel the step is complete.
That it is... now you have you recorded action, any times you need to do a batch of work, the automate action tool is there to do the work in one click action.
